The first test in Italy of Hitachi's full electric excavator range has officially concluded. Launched in October 2024 in the Porto Vecchio area of Trieste by Adriacos Spa SB, with whom we collaborated alongside the Japanese giant Hitachi Construction Machinery, the trial has successfully come to an end.
Over the three-month testing period, the electric machines carried out all the typical activities of an infrastructure construction site, demonstrating high performance, absolute reliability, and a reduced environmental impact. Zero emissions, less noise pollution, and maximum efficiency: proof that sustainability in the construction sector is not just a goal but a concrete reality.
A proud and significant moment that Adriacos Spa SB wanted to share through a closing event at the Generali Convention Center in Trieste, attended by all key players in this experiment.
